Seestar Shooting Modes
Stargazing
Enter the homepage of Seestar App and click on the Stargazing mode designed for deep-sky astrophotography. The system will automatically enter the celestial body library page. You can search deep-sky celestial bodies here for one-click GoTo alignment, or skip the library page to enter the shooting interface directly.

On the shooting page, click the right-side icon to open the telescope joystick. Adjust telescope pointing via the central screen dot: drag the bottom circle or drag the preview image up/down/left/right. Tap Fast/Slow to switch the slewing speed of the lens.

Tap the SkyAtlas icon at the bottom right corner to open the star map, then select deep-sky targets for star photography.

If star details look blurry, tap AF (Auto Focus) to activate automatic focusing.

Mark target celestial objects on screen and adjust image exposure parameters.

Turn on the light pollution filter before shooting to reduce ambient light interference on deep-sky photos.

Solar System
Enter the homepage of Seestar App and click on the Solar System mode for planetary and lunar imaging. The system will jump to the solar system object library page. Search planets, moon and other solar system targets for GoTo, or skip to the shooting page directly.

The joystick operation logic is the same as Stargazing mode, used to adjust the telescope’s framing direction and slewing speed.

Activate auto-focus and adjust screen brightness, center the planetary target in frame, and turn on RAW format to save lossless AVI video files.

Swipe the bottom mode bar to switch between astro time-lapse and video recording modes.

Scenery
Open the homepage of Seestar App, tap Scenery mode to enter daytime landscape shooting interface.

Joystick control operation follows the same steps as Stargazing mode for landscape framing adjustment.

Adjust focus and brightness via the right-side control panel. You can select moving objects on screen and enable automatic target tracking.
Swipe the bottom mode bar to switch between landscape time-lapse and video recording modes.
