How to Report Bugs & Submit Logs in the Seestar App
If you encounter technical issues with your Seestar device, you can quickly report them to the official team and submit your device logs. This helps technicians identify the root cause and resolve problems more efficiently.
Step-by-Step Guide to Submit a Bug Report

Log in & Open the “Me” tab
⚠️ First, ensure you are logged in to your Seestar account (you must be logged in to submit logs). Then launch the Seestar App and tap the “Me” icon in the bottom navigation bar.

Access Settings
On the “Me” page, tap the gear-shaped “Settings” icon in the upper left corner.

Enter “Report Bug & Log”
In the Settings menu, select the “Report Bug & Log” option.

Fill in and Submit Your Report
- Select the correct “Issue type” from the dropdown menu
- Describe the problem in detail
- Check the “Add log” option to include your device’s diagnostic data
- Tap “Submit” to send your report to the support team
