How to Transfer Files Using Wi-Fi on Your Seestar

    By connecting the Seestar to your local Wi-Fi via Station Mode, you can wirelessly access and download all photos and videos stored on the Seestar directly to your computer.

    Step 1: Access Wi-Fi Settings in the Seestar App

    First, open the Seestar App, connect to the Seestar telescope, tap to view Seestar settings, and select Wi-Fi settings.

    Step 2: Enable Station Mode & Connect via the Seestar App

    1. In the Seestar App’s Wi-Fi menu, toggle on Station Mode.
    2. Select your home or office Wi-Fi network from the list.
    3. Enter the network password in the Seestar App and tap “Connect” to complete the setup.

    ⚠️ Note: Once connected via the Seestar App, do not connect your device to the Seestar’s direct Wi-Fi. If the connection fails, reset the Seestar and try again with a different network.

    Step 3: Find Your Device’s IP Address in the Seestar App

    Ensure Station Mode is enabled and connected to your network. Click the "!" icon on the right side of the connected Wi-Fi to view the device's IP address.

    Step 4: Access Files on Your Computer

    Open the file manager on your computer. In the address bar, type the IP address you just found via the Seestar App. You will then be able to browse and download all the photos and videos stored on your Seestar directly to your computer.
