How do I become a Seestar member?

All users who register on the official Seestar website automatically become Seestar members. No additional application or payment is required. You’ll receive 300 points (worth $3) upon registration.

How many points can I earn per dollar spent?

You’ll earn 3 points for every $1 spent. For example, a $1000 purchase earns you 3000 points, which can be redeemed for a $30 discount.

Can I earn points for subscribing to emails more than once?

Email subscription points can only be earned once. Unsubscribing and subscribing again will not earn you additional points.

How do I receive birthday points?

You’ll receive 100 birthday points (worth $1) automatically on your birthday. No manual claim is required. Please make sure your date of birth is correctly entered in your account.

Yes. Your points will expire after 12 months of inactivity, meaning you have neither earned nor redeemed any points during that period. To keep your points active, simply earn or redeem points within 12 months. We’ll send you email reminders 30 days before expiration, 7 days before expiration, and on the expiration date. Please check your inbox for these notifications.

Can expired points be extended?

No. Once points expire, they are automatically forfeited and cannot be extended or reissued. We recommend redeeming your points before they expire.

How do I redeem my points?

Log in to your member account and go to the points page. Select your preferred discount coupon value and click Redeem. The discount code will be automatically added to your account. You can then apply it at checkout to receive your discount.

Can point redemption coupons be combined with other discount codes?

No. Coupons redeemed with points cannot be combined with other discount codes. Only one discount code can be used per order.

Is there a limit to the number of referrals?

Yes. Each member can earn referral rewards for up to 20 successful referrals.

When will my referral points be credited?

Once your friend completes a purchase through your referral link, the referral points will be automatically credited to your account.

How do I know if my referral was successful?

You can view all your referral records on the Referral Program page in your member account, including the number of successful referrals and the points you’ve earned.

Do referral points expire?

Yes. Referral points follow the same expiration rules as other points. They will expire after 12 months of inactivity, meaning you have neither earned nor redeemed any points during that period.

Can referral points be combined with other points?

Yes. Referral points are added directly to your total points balance and can be used together with points earned through purchases, registration, and other activities.
